Originally this extension was designed to get the pages that don't have a +1 button on them into the Google universe by generating a +1 button for the page you are currently on.

Over time I decided to add more services to the page like Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, and Digg to extend the usefulness of this tool for myself.

The tool now supports Google+ (the +1 button), Facebook Likes, Reddit Up Votes, Diggs, Twitter Links, LinkedIn Shares, and Stumbles from StumbleUpon. It also keeps a 12 hour rolling history of the pages popularity on all of these sites and lets you see where it's popular or places where it's still undiscovered.

Below are links to a Google Chrome Extension and a Bookmark, which works universally across all browsers, that opens in a popup. A Firefox version is in the works for all of the Mozilla fans.
